This page lists every cookie this website sets, what it does, who receives it and how long it lasts. It was written from a measurement of the live site taken on 12 September 2026, not from a template. If you find something here that does not match what the site actually does, that is a defect and we want to know.
Nothing that measures you runs until you say yes. When you first arrive you are asked. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all, and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time: open your cookie choices.
Always on
These four are set by Shopify, which runs this store. Without them the site cannot function, so they are not part of the choice.

An honest note about the last two. _shopify_s and _shopify_y are analytics cookies, and we would rather they were part of the choice below. Shopify sets them as part of running the store, and Shopify's own documentation does not state that they are suppressed when a visitor declines. We are telling you that rather than claiming otherwise. They do not carry your name, your email or anything you have typed.

What we use it for, plainly. It tells us which parcels get opened and how people found them. That is how we decide which counties to buy in next. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not connect it to your name, your email or your phone number.
If you decline, the Google script is never fetched. This is not a case of loading it and then telling it to behave. It is not loaded.
Things that only load when you use them
- Calendly. If you open the booking panel to schedule a call, Calendly loads and sets its own storage in your browser so it can remember the booking you are part way through. It does not load unless you open it.
- PayPal. If you reach checkout, PayPal loads its payment buttons and sets its own storage. It does not load on ordinary pages.
- Google Fonts. The two typefaces this site uses are served by Google. This is a font request, not a cookie, and it happens on every page.
What this site does not do
- There is no advertising pixel on this site. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no LinkedIn tag, no advertising retargeting of any kind. Measured 12 September 2026.
- There is no session replay. Nothing records your mouse movements, your scrolling or your keystrokes.
- There is no chat widget listening to what you type.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. If you fill in a form here, it reaches Founders Land Group and nowhere else.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and it is remembered for about a year. After that you will be asked again.
Clearing your browser data also clears the choice, and you will be asked again on your next visit. If you use a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Shopify honours it as an opt out of data sharing.
